Kindly take note of the following instructions, before filling up the form:

St. Aloysius Convent Pre-Primary School is a Minority Institution.

This form is meant only for those seeking admissions to the L.K.G. from June 2024
Children born between 01-10-2019 to 31-12-2020 are eligible for admission.
While filling up the name of the Ward, please do not use initials; the name should be typed in BLOCK letters.
While filling up the Name, Surname and other details of the Parents or Guardians please use only BLOCK letters. Remember, these details work as a reference once the child is admitted.
You are requested to fill up only ONE FORM per child and if you fill more than one, your form will be REJECTED.
The incomplete forms will be rejected.
After filling up all the details, the Parents are requested to download the admission form and submit it in the school office on the following days:
Both the parents with your ward must be present on the day of submission.

Along with the form, the following documents should be brought:

5	Photo of the child along with Father & Mother.
6	Siblings: - Xerox Copy of School Report Card.

To see whether your ward is selected or not, you may kindly go to the website using the Aadhar card number of the ward as the password you will be able to login to view the result on 23rd March 2024.

NB: The seats available are limited. Please do not depend on this School only. You should apply in other Schools also to avoid inconvenience.

PLEASE NOTE:

This School does not accept donation in connection with admissions. Beware of unscrupulous intermediaries who, for their personal gain, offer to intervene on your behalf (Extracting money from the parents assuring them the seats). The Management does not entertain any such persons.
In order to tackle the menace of intermediaries taking advantage of gullible parents, any attempt to bring influence will disqualify candidature. Your bringing to the notice of the Principal any information that will help us keep the admission process free from intermediaries, will be treated with utmost confidence and will not jeopardize your child’s admission.
For various reasons the number of applications that we receive are well in excess of the number of children that we can admit. This, therefore, may result in disappointment for those who do not get admission. Once the announcement of admission is done, no more seeking any appointment to put forward your case for special consideration (As all the seats would be full). We appreciate your co-operation and understanding.
